My name is Jessica Ruiz, I am the owner of Dreamy Eyes Artistry, I am internationally known as " The makeup Artist with a twist" because of my physical disability at birth. I have limited use of both of my arms, and I have mastered doing my own makeup, and have branched out to mastering my clients face by placing the makeup brushes in my mouth, and holding the brushes between my teeth. I have been featured in People Magazine as well as Glamour Magazine for the amazing outcome of the application. I also have my own blog where I would have the opportunity to review my favorite products. I love being able to share the products and companies I love, with those I love! And being able to be one of the faces to help promote products worlds wide!
