Jamie Leech

My name is Jamie Anne Leech. I am a Personal Trainer, DJ and Recipe Creator. My passion lies in the weights room with a love for Olympic lifting - always challenging myself to consistently improve mentally and physically. I work closely alongside Pure Gym and Muscle Food creating mouth watering healthy recipe videos and imagery, to inspire people to lead a healthier lifestyle. With a degree in Sports Psychology, I enjoying working one to one with clients to improve confidence in both their ability and body image. I am also a DJ playing in Manchesters trendiest bars and restaurants and a resident DJ for Man City FC. I love outdoor adventures and I am addicted to travelling the world.
