Inferno Williams(Born 30 July in London)is a South African Musician, film maker and Visual Artist who first gained recognition as a member of local hiphop collective Revivolution, by performing at events such as Back to The City, Sprite Uncontainables, South African Hiphop awards and Oppi Koppi.
In 2016 Inferno Williams released his debut solo project entitled Pretty So Slim which featured in music publications such as SlikourOnlife and Hype Magazine. The Project charted in Hype Magazines Highly Recommended Mixtapes list and its single, Rose Tinted, featured on the magazines compilation, The Evolution Tape. He also has numerous music videos for his songs and features on a multitude of artists projects. resulting in his collaborative work being featured on tv and film productions and local music charts.
In 2018 Inferno won the Inner-City Hustlers Award for Best Musician. Apart from releasing and performing music as a recording artist, Inferno Williams has starred in, and done voice overs on adverts for brands such as TDK and SuperSport. He also appeared in the television drama Mzanzi Love and has worked behind the scenes on numerous film and television productions
Inferno has made a name for himself through performances and Music Collaborations with members in Revivolution as well as his associated collective Bounce theory Ent. Deeply rooted in the music industry, Inferno continues to write and record music and voice overs for television and radio adverts as well as taking on screen roles in adverts and local tv series’. His expertise in multimedia and animation has insured that inferno remains sought after and well rounded creative both in his crew and the industry.
