Hello everyone! I am a yoga teacher, a person who believes in holistic health. Therefore taking care of our physical emotional and mental being is the primary focus of my life. This is what i follow as a passion and also a profession. In my opinion we are all connected at some level and all of us are looking for the same things in life. At least on a subtle level- Happiness, love, peace. Making conscious choices towards healthy-living, being environment-friendly, living in cooperation & giving back in some ways to the universe are some of the values i am drawn towards.
