I am Dr. Adrian Daisley from Barbados
I have worked in Communications, business and people development capacities.
I lived in Italy and Greece for a short period and after I migrated to brazil where I spent seven years after mastering the language I returned to my country equipped to help others in latin America and the caribbean . I combine my professional and my passion for international business and communication to promote and source resources, in 2019 I launched the Dr. Daisley Speak Radio Talk Show , on 246bajanvibesradio registered in the uk the show was designed to inform, educate and inspire the public by sharing the stories of leaders in their own sectors. Our aim is to Connect people, cultures Markets and resources.
As we are faced with intersecting issues, global warming, economic uncertainty, people displacement brought on by the rising sea levels, conflict on a global scale I have been looking at involving many leaders in Education, Health, Business, Technology, Innovation, Culture, Youth Development and Sports.
Although many organizations, governments and institutions speak about development and inclusion, many of our people experiences different barriers and challenges.

My background
I was the Director of New Business Development with CACOMEXAT in brazil and my role in this organization was to contribute to the professional and economic development through the establishment of partnerships with national and global organizations. Boosting profitability, demonstrating a strong corporate social responsibility, leading innovation, creating linkages. In this role I prioritized the use of CACOMEXAT to connect the Alto Tietê region with the world. This had the potential to create financial, technological, social, Medical benefits through.

After returning to Barbados in 2020 I received the World Peace Ambassador Title with World Peace Tracts Sweden. He later became an Island Innovation Ambassador with the Island Innovation Team for 2021. I sit on the International Board of Surraksha in Texas. Who’s main focus is on supporting sustainable innovation, to address the current global problems that are leading up to climate change due to pollution. [link-omitted]
I currently the Intern Official Campus Ambassador for the International Model United Nations. International Model United Nations (IMUN) brings youth together from around the world to learn and share ideas from a diverse set of experiences and backgrounds where the Executive board, International Press and International Delegates consolidate to learn about diplomacy, international relations, and the United Nations

I am the holder of several Diplomas in Human Resources Management, and a Psychotherapy. I earned my Bachelors in Theology after a few years I completed a Master in Organizational behavior and a Doctor of philosophy in Human Resources Management from Commonwealth open University.
