Professional Chef and Cooking Instructor to home cooks. Born and raised in Los Angeles. My career has found me living in many interesting cities in the US, Mexico, and Italy. I have lived and worked in Chicago, NYC, Mexico City, Puglia, Italy, San Francisco, Charleston, SC, Atlanta, Dallas, Beaufort, SC, The Big Island of Hawaii and I currently reside in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Asheville, NC. I have been active on Social Media and Blogging since 2007. I am also a ceramic artist and have been doing that for over 20 years. I am mom to a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a rescue cat. I am currently building my YouTube cooking school with my company name The Sassy Spoon. I plan on taking my cooking school channel on the road next year when we purchase an RV. My goal is to introduce my viewers to fellow chefs, interesting food, cooking, and locations around the US. While doing that I hope to create an unfilled niche in RV Cooking and visiting us locations. When I am in my home location I will continue to teach all home cooks. I specialize in ethnic and farm-to-table foods. I currently am doing a lot with Instant Pot, Air Fryers, and the Blackstone Griddle.
