My name is Derrick, Nigerian born and raised in Los Angeles, and for the past 5 years I’ve been stuck working a job that served no relevance or value to my living life. 2 years ago I took a trip to Japan that altered the way I look at my reality. It sparked a dormant desire to travel to other parts of the world, countries I only read about growing up. Where I come from dreams are possible but only available to top 1% of my class. I finished my university studies at San Francisco State and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Cinematography, but only thing I really earned was student debt and a job that had nothing to do with what I studied for. The last 5 years of my life Ive been rinsing and repeating the standard work life, only to pay recurring bills that will never stop coming. I came to the realization at work that I deserve MORE! This cubicle work life isn’t for me, So I created a Brand that would give me a second chance at Happiness, life and chance to work for something I truly love… TRAVELING!
