Hi! My name is Danielle and I go by @concussiongirl2ironwoman on Instagram. This handle is because I sustained my third concussion last year in a car crash, two weeks after finishing my first triathlon, and I've made it my mission to spread information and compassion for those with brain injuries while training for a full Ironman (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run). I love connecting with people through my platform and have gained a very engaged following of mostly women who are athletes, have chronic illness/pain, or both.
