I run a fitness account on both Instagram and Facebook, I focus mostly on helping/motivating people by posting tips that aid in their workouts and nutrition and I also will post motivating quotes that I find to be inspirational to myself. My routines consist of mostly hypertrophy training but they also include a lot of powerlifting because I believe in functional training along with aesthetic training. I also enjoy reviewing any type of product that aids someones fitness and giving people my thoughts on the different types of things I use. There is nothing that I am not open to trying because I feel that if you don't keep an open mind you could miss out on something very beneficial. Some of the types of things I like to try and test out are wireless headphones, fitness trackers, meal prep services, gym apparel, gym equipment and essentially anything that can aid me in my workouts, recovery from workouts, and nutrition. Some of the things I currently use are things like Apple's wireless AirPods, VersaGripps, and Alphalete Gym Apparel.
