Let me introduce myself. My name is Dan and I'm "Dan the Flavor Guy". I take recipes and my own unique twist to them. Bringing the food or beverage back to life. In 2017 I added a Strength and Conditioning Certification and a Speed and Agility Specialist certification. I've been training Youth Athletes ever since. When I find free time I also coach and mentor baseball and softball kids. During the summer I host Speed and Agility Clinics for kiddos.
