Hi! My name is Celina. I am an ER nurse that loves all things beauty, fitness, fashion, and food. I am a Purdue graduate who was awarded the Top 50 Student Award two years in a row. I enjoy running, HITT, strength and, conditioning workouts. All though strength training is important to me, meditation, recovery and, relaxation is just as important.
