He officially started his personal training business when he was 16 years old helping fellow powerlifting athletes get in top form for competition. Today, Carlos is an internationally certified personal trainer, owner and manager of Infinity Personal Fitness. Carlos began his fitness journey as a pre-diabetic at 12 years old. He decided he no longer wanted to have health concerns and wanted to feel comfortable in my own skin after being bullied for being an overweight kid. Carlos decided to join the football team and his love for fitness blossomed. Carlos beams, “The greatest feeling I’ve ever felt is after transforming clients who just wanted to get familiar with exercise begin to live and breathe fitness as a lifestyle.”
Carlos designed Infinity Personal Training to be the last solution a person needs to a weight or health problem. He believes that with one-on-one coaching you will get fit. Fast. Forever. Since starting Infinity Personal Fitness in 2013, his clients have collectively lost more than 1800 lbs., slipped into smaller jeans sizes, dated up and got promoted on their jobs!
Carlos gives undivided attention to each client because he loves their outcomes, progression, and he lives for the day that the client has their weigh-in and the light in their eyes shines brighter than ever before. He strives to show everyone the potential he or she has inside!
The greatest feeling I’ve ever felt since seeing a client go from a novice who just wants to become familiar with the exercise. Transforming into one who lives and breathes fitness as I do and has turned an interest into a lifestyle. Upon finding my passion, I established Infinity Personal Training designed to be the answer to all the fitness questions a client could have. A promise of superior results and delivering on that promise. Through my experiences, I have found one of my favorite and in my opinion, the best ways to train is one-on-one or at least as personal as possible. Allowing me to give my full undivided attention. Let it always be known that I do this for the love of outcomes, progression, and for the day that the client has their weigh-in and the light in their eyes shines brighter than ever before." - Carlos Rice
