I am a mom of 2 girls I have fibromyalgia (chronic pain) So i gave up on looking after myself and just gave what I had to my family A year back I decided I need to also concentrate on me as well-as my body image issues started rubbing off on my girls So I changed and started focusing on myself Hair, nails body and soul I have become a better version of myself- I am a stronger woman, mom and wife And this all started by me deciding that I to am important and worth it!!! I am 34 and have never felt this good about myself, my body and my life Being a mom does NOT mean you need to loose yourself We need to be role models for our kids and we cant to it if we dont feel good about ourselves ❤️❤️
