I live in tropical paradise on Oahu. Through my own personal health journey, I've developed a deep passion for nutrition, fitness, wellness, and beauty. My positive outlook helps to motivate others with inspirational posts, healthy recipes and lifestyle tips, and functional health.
I have a MS in Applied Clinical Nutrition from New York Chiropractic College. I am a licensed nutritionist and hold the nationally recognized board approved Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credential, the gold standard for advanced nutrition professionals. Additionally, I am a US Army veteran, and has a MA in Management and a BS in Math Physics.
I work with patients and clients to develop individualized goals, creating a personalized plans tailored to a person’s unique lifestyle, environment, genetics and specific health needs.
When I am not spending time with my husband, daughter, and collie dog, I enjoy acting. I am represented by ADR Agency and have done work on Magnum PI and Hawaii 5-0.
