This page is all about inspiring people to lead an active lifestyle. I focus on rock climbing, van camping, wilderness camping, skiing, ice climbing, and hiking. I include indoor training for these activities as well through barre, weight training, and yoga.
Initially, I attempted to market to women, turns out that men enjoy my page as well. Many of my followers are outdoor enthusiasts, are looking to get in shape/lose weight or are just very interested in the lifestyle.
Outdoor recreation activities can be intimidating for beginners, especially moms. I’m a mom, wife and I’ve been an outdoor guide in New York for the past 20 years (rock and ice climbing), so I fully understand how all these things can seem scary or unattainable. I receive a lot of feedback from followers that my advice has helped them make their day or trip easier. I look forward to working with you and providing quality, authentic work. Most pictures and video are taken on my iPhone 7+ or Go Pro. I have a photographer with a DSLR camera who I can work with if that is a prerequisite. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
