Audrey St-Jules

Hey! I'm Audrey. A 31 years old interior designer who's working as a construction project manager. BUT I'm also a mother of 3 beautiful children under 5 years old. (that's my full time job!!) Motherhood has changed a lot for me! Three years ago, I've realized I needed to be a woman before a mother, to be my top 1 priority in order to be a better mother, a better wife, a better person. So I started a postpartum weight loss journey where I lost over 40 pounds, but where I gained so much confidence, esteem and selflove. A year ago, my last baby girl was born and I've decided to start my own business to inspire and encourage mothers to find their way back to being a woman before a mother, to be the woman they want to be and to never sacrifice their own dreams and desires for other's needs and everything is possible. That's my mission!
