Hi, I'm Ashley, I'm focus on focused on all things creative and human connectivity. If given the opportunity, I will be coming to you with a proactive approach, exceptional work ethic, and determination to succeed and meet all your expectations. I am a results-oriented and self-driven person offering well-developed critical thinking and analytical skills and the crucial ability to solve complex problems. At Webster University I received a B.F.A. degree in marketing and graphic design where I applied that knowledge to about 7 years worth of work in creating campaigns for a variety of organizations including government sectors, public officials, fortune 500 companies, top Chicago startups, and consulting firms. I have led teams and worked independently to create innovative advertising, marketing, marketing strategy, interactive installations, mobile and print design campaigns. I started my own tech start-up, Hear Space, in May 2018. My mission is to enhance communication among members of a community through digital platforms. I designed the web and app platform while leading the operational team in development. My primary responsibilities include speaking with business owners, managing client relationships, making major decisions, handling legal and confidential documents, managing the overall operations and resources at Hear Space. I have received the 2019 NSF/Missouri S&T I-Corps Research Grant, 2019 Future Founders Residency Seed Grant, and got accepted into 2019 Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Latinx incubator at 1871 in Merchandise Mart.
