Ashley McHan

Hiya! I'm Ashley McHan, therapist and coach. I work with women (18 and up) looking to live better, feel happier. I run retreats around the world, I offer courses, women's groups and 1:1 intensive healing experiences. I live in Maine, just moved to a big property that would be a homesteaders dream. I'm looking forward to trying my hand at gardening and it even came with a tennis court!). I also spend a lot of time in Boston, Vermont and Florida. I have clients all over the world and love to visit new place, have new experience, to try all of the things a place has to offer and get into nature. I love all of the things that remind us to be more alive: Yoga, hiking, saunas, cold plunges. And as much as I love to be active, I'm all about unwinding. Baths are big for me, I read every night and I wake up an hour before everyone else to drink coffee or tea by myself and write each morning. I hang in the sauna and read magazines, poetry or anything that teaches me something new a few times a week. I'm a mother of 3 kids, 3 dogs and a rabbit. We stay busy around here, getting outside or getting crafty together. I love painting, journaling, beading and all kinds of handwork. Food is huge. As an eating disorder therapist I'm all about mindful eating, cooking, baking, pouring love into what I make and sharing food with others. I'm my book, all food is good food (eat the French fry) and I love helping people find new foods that they love. I love supporting small businesses, women, minorities, so bring it on!
