My hobby and my life are dedicated to my passions: "to be a researcher, author, and educator focusing on current and future Italian traditional food tourism experiences". Yes, that is correct, I get to eat & drink and call it work.
I do this while living the happy and often crazy life of a consultant & networker, focused on ‘Experiential Communication'. It is definitely not for everyone, but I love it.
