I am in the alternative protein industry using the one and only mycoprotein to develop delicious food products for retails and food service.
I help companies in Singapore as well as the South East Asia region develop food products to their consumers so that they will be able to enjoy the similar taste, aroma and texture of their favorite food.
I worked with local and international companies and launched their product successfully from ideation, conceptualization, pilot trials and manufacturing of finished product followed by after sales technical support on the flavor usage.
