Amy Lyle

Amy Lyle seeks to rid us all of shame and guilt by connecting us through humor. She’s the bestselling author of "The Book of Failures," and “We're All a Mess, It's OK," and the writer and co-host of the UI Media talk show, "In The Burbs." She's a frequent guest on WXIA's "Atlanta and Company," and starred in the Best Comedy winning (Franklin International Film Festival) film short, "The Interviewers." Amy was selected as a speaker for the Beacon Street TEDx organizers in Boston to share her big idea of "Finding the Funny in the Crummy.” She’s on the Speakers Board for the What Women Want organization and volunteers for The Place of Forsyth. She lives outside of Atlanta with her husband Peter, a bunch of kids, and three gigantic dogs.
