I've been cooking from scratch my entire life and love sharing what I create. I'm crazy creative in the kitchen and blessed because most of my ideas work the first time. My food tastes run the gamut from Japanese baking to making my own sausage. Nothing is off limits unless there's an allergy involved. While I prefer to bake if given the choice, I do everything in the kitchen including using a sous vide on the regular.
Since I'm in Chicago I also share a lot about things going on, pets and other girly things.
