I am an innovative, results-driven health and wellness professional of 20+ years. I am also an Elite, World Record breaking athlete! I have been the world’s most prolific female record holder, since 2012. I am a published author of three books and blogger on [link-omitted]. I have wide-ranging experience and outlets to promote one’s products and services.

I have been working in different capacities of fitness and wellness for ages 3-97 (from grassroots to Olympic level) for 24 years! In addition, I have been an elite athlete in 17 sports (not all at the same time though). The most individual sports I have done in one year was ten in 2009. I have been setting world records in strength and endurance, since 2008. In my sport career, I have won two world championships, two national championships, a North American championship, and over 150 victories.

My areas of expertise include, but are not limited to the following: archery, cross country running, paddle board/kayak, track and field, triathlon, cycling, obstacle racing, strength training, pain management, injury prevention, open water swimming, aquatic exercise, indoor rowing, running and conditioning, and calisthenics.

My other interests and expertise include, but are not limited to the following: photography, art, improv comedy, writing, blogging, traveling, and videography.
