I am a young Dietitian - Nutritionist, working in the field of sports as well. I teach CrossFit classes in a local CrossFit Box in my hometown, Rethymno, Crete (GR). My topics of interest include gastronomy, food production, cultures around the world, fitness, and sport. I am a strong advocate of local product consumption, sustainable living, carbon footprint reduction and self-sufficiency. In my free time I like to enjoy the beauties of nature, making short and longer trips. Fishing, reading and BBQing are my ways to relax. Last but not least, I am training daily as an athlete in the sport of CrossFit, running, biking, trailrunning, and I am making my first steps in tricking and gymnastics!
