Can you tell us a little bit about your background and how you got into influencer marketing and fitness coaching?
I’ve been in the social media industry for around eight years now. It started out as just really a hobby. My boyfriend and I love to travel and explore different places. We actually met at the gym, funny enough. But when we met, we both just had this eagerness to explore and live life to the fullest because with the way that we were living, we felt like there was just so much more to live and so much more life out there. And that’s one thing we really connected over.
So after we met from that day forward, we were hanging out every single day doing day trips because I grew up in Pennsylvania. We would do day trips to Margate or Coney Island, New York, New York City, and a bunch of different places. And so I slowly started sharing more on my social media.
My boyfriend, Joey, would take pictures of me and candid photos wherever we went. He was like, “I’m going to take these photos until you like one because you have to put yourself out there. You have such an incredible, inspiring story. We’re doing such cool things.” So I started sharing our travels and our lifestyle, my fitness journey. And I realized that I was getting a lot of great engagement and people were really interested to hear about where I would go out to eat, where I would travel, what my workout routine was.
At that point, I realized, wow, this is something I can maybe make a career out of. And at the time I was around 17 or 18. And so I looked into how to become an influencer. And this was the beginning of the influencer era. It wasn’t as popular as it is now.

I did a lot of research and the first brand collaboration I had was Hari Mari, this flip-flop brand. And it was my first trip going out of the country to Costa Rica. And I was like, “This is the perfect timing. I can bring these flip-flops on vacation. I can get them for free.” That was huge for me. I was like, “That’s so cool. Free flip-flops.”
That was my first collaboration, where I posted on vacation. I got a free pair of flip-flops. And from that moment moving forward, I decided to pursue being a creator, influencer, as a career, and continue to share my journey. And fast forward to today, I’ve built an incredible platform, an incredibly supportive community of women specifically who are sharing their journeys with me. I’m connecting with specifically through fitness and health and just continuing to hone in on that community aspect and connect with women all over the world and help them on their fitness journey, help them find balance and achieve an overall wellbeing.
Because although you can go to the gym every day and eat healthy, there’s something about balance and finding fulfillment in all areas of your life that really encapsulates an overall wellbeing. And that’s what I really like to include and incorporate in my content.
What can women expect from your coaching one-on-one and also the training plans that you offer?
I have multiple programs on my fitness app and this is completely customized for each individual’s goal and their equipment, whatever aspect or part of their journey they’re on. So I have anything ranging from full body at home programs to gym glute programs. And I specialize in glute growth training and also deep core training, specifically helping with diastasis recti, the postpartum pooch. A lot of women deal with that after birth, the ab separation, and have that lower belly pooch, but it also ties into gut inflammation and hormone imbalances. And so I really work all of that into my work and my training, whether it’s through my fitness app or with my one-on-one clients.
I have a lot of older women who come to me and they’re like, “You know what, Cassidy? I’m 50 years old. Menopausal, I feel like I have saggy glutes and a belly pooch, and I feel like this is the end… I can’t change my body.” And that is my demographic. That’s what I specialize in because fitness is such a male dominated industry. We don’t really consider hormones and just women things into the training and into the nutrition program. So I make sure that I include all of that in my training and coaching.
On the app, I also have a deep core restore program that helps with the lower stomach area, fully customized meals, and it’s actually now AI powered. So if you’re, let’s say, gluten-free, dairy-free, we have a bunch of recipes to choose from, but you can specify your dietary preference and it will change that recipe. So it fits within your macros, within your diet. So it’s very personalized on the fitness app, as personalized as it can be without it being fully one-on-one coaching, because you’ll have access to me with our community.
But then I also have my one-on-one coaching, which is for the woman who want that added accountability, that added support, and the constant check-ins. So my goal is to just make health and wellness easily accessible and digestible for women of all ages.
What have been some of your favorite brand collaborations to-date?
My most recent collaboration that I’m really excited about is, first I’ll preface it by saying in the beginning, I did a lot of one-off brand collaborations and I wasn’t as conscious of ingredients and things like that. And so I did accept a lot of partnerships with multiple brands in the past. And now I’m very selective and I’m focused on growing my personal brand. And one of the things that I value more than anything is the trust and the credibility within my community. And they know that I’m not going to work with just any brand. It has to truly align with my value. So I’m very, very selective. But one of the recent brands that I worked with was Hume Health. And this was one that I was really excited about because growing up, I would look at the scale, I would look at my weight on the scale.

And I felt like that was a depiction of me and where I was on my fitness journey. But as I grew and as I continued on my fitness journey, I don’t own a scale in my home other than this Hume Health one now. And I didn’t weigh myself for seven years up until I got this Hume Health Scale because it’s a comprehensive body scale or body analyzer similar to the in body scans and the gyms. And it gives you a better idea of where you are on your fitness journey in terms of your metabolic age, your body composition, not just the weight on the scale. And so for my own mental sanity, this was incredible. And it’s something that I now recommend to my one-on-one clients because it can help us continue to get valuable insight on where they’re at on their journey and build from there.
So I’m able to work into my practice while also supporting my own health goals because if I owned a regular scale in my home, I don’t think I would be mentally sane.
How do you structure your average day between influencer marketing, fitness coaching, and your own training regimen?
I’ll be honest, I don’t always get everything completed in a day and it’s very all over the place. I don’t have a set structure. As much as I would love to every day wake up and do my morning affirmations and drink my water and hit my protein, it’s not every day. My goal is obviously to have a perfect structured day. I’ve been following the Ivy Lee Method writing the first… I might butcher this, but I’ve made my own version.
I just write the top three important things of the day in order, one being most important, and I won’t look at the other two until I get the first thing done. And that helps me really organize my mind, prioritize what’s important. A lot of times while I’m at the gym, I’ll actually do content batching. I’ll gather the different videos that I want to film and while I’m at the gym, I’ll film those while I’m working out. So I’m killing two birds with one stone and my day usually consists of working out, updating my client’s profiles. I only work with a select number of clients because I really want to offer them an intimate approach.

I know nowadays there’s a lot of trainers that train a couple hundred clients and it’s not really that personalization. And I feel like that’s what helps me stand out and helps me give them that positive experience. So I’m able to check in with each client every day, update their programs, update my own personal programs and check in with the woman on my fitness app, film my content. If I have a content batching day, that’s maybe a few hours and then I edit my content on the treadmill and that’s about it.
Do you have any specific goals for 2026?
Scaling and consistency. I want to scale my personal brand in a way that’s sustainable and supports me long-term and helps me impact as many people as I can in a way that also keeps my life balanced. And I also want to be consistent with everything I do and continue to show up for myself, for my followers, for my clients, for my loved ones and family, and just keep my head forward, not looking back and just keep moving forward and preparing for what’s next.
