I am a natural hair enthusiast who began her natural hair journey in April of 2020 when i chopped all my hair off. I came to this decision because the fact was that my hair was severely damaged from heat, relaxers and permanent hair colouring. This led to my hair losing its natural curl pattern, volume and overall shine.
Natural hair is a hot topic in the woman of colour community as society makes them feel somewhat oppressed. As a natural hair advocate I want to erase that mindset and join the mass that has began embracing their natural hair confidently.
