Hey my name is true I'm a health and wellness lifestyle content creator struggling with chronic illness and an incredibly long list of side effects. On my platforms I like to talk about different superfoods and nutritional supplements along with physical things that you can do to better your health and wellness. On a side note I'm all about sustainability and the outdoors getting out in nature and reconnecting with what matters most, I feel like in nature you can think the clearest.
