Tony Tenicela

Diversity is my passion and it is an integral part of who I am. From an early age, I was exposed to different cultures, languages, customs, and beliefs. My parents encouraged me to see these differences as energizing, engaging, and ultimately freeing. Embracing the “other” in the world enabled me to ultimately embrace my own sense of self – to accept and nurture my own differences.

I view life through a multicultural lens, so the enjoyment of capturing special travel experiences comes naturally to me. I have the good fortune of visiting numerous countries throughout the year taking the opportunity to enjoy the sights, the people, the cuisine, and the ever-changing dynamics of a street scene.

As my friends and family know, two of my favorite sayings are “Appreciate Life” and '“Follow Your Heartbeat” as life is way too short to sit down and let time pass without savoring every experience that crosses our path.It’s all about discovering the tucked away corners of an alleyway, looking up and spotting the unexpected, and gaining the local perspective.
