My name is Tony, and having struggled with obesity most of my life, I decided to use science - which I've always been fond of - to turn my life around. I did the research that lead me to a ketogenic way of life that helped me lose 200+ pounds in about 13 months, and I created [link-omitted] in order to help other people wade through pseudoscience, bad facts, and nonsense so they can get healthy, too.
In addition to my personal research on ketosis, nutrition, and healthy living in general, I have a degree in behavioral psychology that helps round out my understanding of the application of the health knowledge I've gained.
