Currently I am a stay at home mom/Health and Nutrition Coach. I have been in the mortgage business for the past 21 years, I received my undergrad at Indiana University of PA in Psychology and minor in Child Development. I then received my master's degree in Counseling at the University of North Carolina in Charlotte. I received my certificate to be a Health and Wellness Coach, and work from home as an Independent Health and Nutrition coach. With my coaching business, I utilize my counseling skills and provide education to improve health and teach people how to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle. My specialties are in Psychology, Child Development and Counseling. I thoroughly enjoy helping others and educating myself and others on getting and staying healthy with fitness and food!!!
