I am a qualified kundalini yoga teacher & aromatherapist, a published singer songwriter & homeschooling mum.

I live with my teenage son in Hampstead London and we regularly pack up and go travelling just a laptop for schooling and some clothes we've travelled to Croatia, Spain, France, USA, Ireland and beyond. 

As a singer songwriter I'm performing regularly in London and all over the Uk, I realised my dream of being played on the radio BBC 6 music. 

I performed as a professional dancer over the years & at 40 years old qualified to teach yoga I now have an online school Roots & Wings where I offer classes and aromatherapy to support healthy body mind & soul.

I am a serious foodie, have been largely vegetarian all my life. 

Im also a keen music producer using Logic pro in my home studio
