I am a best-selling author, attorney, podcaster, media commentator, grief counselor and creator of the most successful breakup program in the world. I teach through classes, seminars, workshops and boot camps. I typically recommend books, aromatherapy products (all kinds), some products for relaxation/yoga/meditation, music, bedding (I recommend that newly single people (who didn't want to be single) make their bedrooms a sanctuary so they get plenty of rest and it doesn't remind them of their ex, lights that affect moods.
