I'm a single-parent father, psychotherapist, karate trainer and ghostwriter. I publish videos on Tiktok and YouTube for mental health awareness, write a blog about psychological topics and promote mentally sustainable living. I'm fluent in German, English and Spanish.
I got several degrees in the field of psychology, such as psychotherapy, transaction analysis, comportment profiling. Nowadays I focus on psychoeducation in order to raise the mental health awareness. I want to educate people about psychological matters and raise some interest in people who might think about studying in that field themselves.
For 27 years now I actively train karate and teach students in karate and self defense.
