After running a hobby blog called Teens, Tweens and Drama Queens for several years, she drew from a previous website she owned in the early 2000s and created Kidsumers. What started as a simple review blog for moms has blossomed into a popular family lifestyle blog with a strong focus on travel.
After getting on an airplane for the first time at 36, Sheri’s travel bug has taken her all over North America, Mexico and the Caribbean with her kids at her side. From flying over Albuquerque in a hot-air balloon to filming a promotional video in Jamaica, Sheri is willing to try anything once.
Before blogging, Sheri created a niche artist magazine which taught her everything from photography to advertising to marketing. These skills have helped her grow a successful lifestyle blog. She has been a brand ambassador and partner for many fabulous brands like Disney, Fisher Price, Frigidaire, HP, Springfree and Sunwing. She currently writes a weekly travel column in her local newspaper.
