Hi, my name is Sasha Bussard I am 24 years old. I have been a brand ambassador for companies like GNC, BLK, Redcon1, VitaminShoppe, Daily GEM, Ryze, Dalci, 88 Acres, Quality of Life, and Jane’s. I am a microinfluencer for Meta Platforms (Instagram & Facebook). My educational background is in fitness and nutrition. I am a certified master trainer, online/in person coach, and nutritionist. More specifically I am a Glute specialist, bodybuilding specialist, and corrective exercise specialist. I have been weightlifting for 6 years now. I became a trainer to debunked fitness myths, and be someone people can trust when it comes to fitness and nutrition. I got tired of seeing things I knew weren't true. I knew the only person I could trust would be myself so I decided to get educated. I had to learn a lot of things the hard way in my fitness journey.
