At Islamic boarding school, I learned that religiosity is an attitude. It's not just a thought without concrete action. It's not just empty talk without realization. Faith must be translated into action. Faith must be grounded, not lofty. It must be transformed into good deeds.
That's why, in Islamic boarding schools, we are taught manners, not just knowledge. We must know ourselves, and if we don't know, we must say we don't know.
