I am currently working with persons in communities that have been affected by man made disasters and conflict. Under the goals of the NGO I am working with, we are implementing certain targeted projects aimed at alleviating the sufferings of victims.
As a monitoring and evaluation officer, I ensure the deliverables and targets of the projects are met. This I do through effective monitoring, accountability and reporting to all stakeholders.
