I started my natural hair journey in 2012 after a bad perm left my hair with severe breakage and shedding. Since then, I have used healthy hair practices to grow my hair to waist length in 5 years.
After much persuasion from friends, family (and random strangers). I started my Instagram page in May 2020 during the national lockdown. It started off as a simple way for me to share my favorite products, brands, and natural hair practices with other women and men that wanted to grow their afro/curly hair.
My page has seen tremendous growth, hitting 10k followers in less than 6 months. I believe that my authenticity and transparency the are reasons why people engage with my content and trust my recommendations!
