I started being serious about social media in January of 2018 when I made the decision to get healthy. I upload at least one video per week on my youtube channel ranging from weigh ins, vlogs, product reviews and motivation.
After seeing some growth in my YouTube channel, I decide to create an instagram account to be able to connect with my followers on a daily basis. I post 1-3 images a day in addition to being active on IG stories.
