I am Ruth 39 year old, married mum of two. I write a lifestyle blog [link-omitted] which covers, food, health, travel and crafts. I also currently teach as a part time high school teacher. My subjects are food and nutrition and textiles.

I am a Full time tea drinker,  Curly girl,  Vegetarian and coeliac.

My passions are good food, photography and literature. I love to travel and I need to see a beach at least once a year to be happy. If I could live somewhere warmer than the UK I would.
