When I'm not coaching my clients and working on my business, I love exploring new cities, lifting weights, going on aimless long walks, experimenting in the kitchen, cleaning/organizing, and reading a good book.
I'm a caffeine addict with a kombucha obsession who is always on the hunt for making my ADHD life a bit easier with new systems or gadgets.
