I have been an avid fermentationist for 9 years and have worked professionally in the beer industry for 5the past 7 years. I specialize in educating new home brewers on the skills and techniques needed to make amazing beer. I am also the president of The Neat Pours Bourbon Society, a group that participates in private select bourbon. Through the Neat Pours I use my knowledge of fermentation to deepen outlets appreciation for America’s first spirit.
My approach is usually family centered. I often have my children assisting me in my fermentation projects and we often times make sodas and non-alcoholic beverages for them. My goal is to tap into the experience of sharing fermentation with friends and family.
