My Bio.... let’s see. I am employees as a customer service manager and work for an amazing company. I love all things positive and am on journey to be a newer version of me. Yes, this does include diet and exercise. I have recently lost 40 lbs and have 15 lbs to meet my goal weight. As a Zumba instructor the excerise part is easy, the diet part is which is now the part I need to control. Trying to be our best selves is easier said then done. I get, just don’t give up yourself .... end of the day no one will take care you but you.
