I am a CrossFit Gym Owner (Since 2007) and have a laundry list of Certifications (Master's in Holistic Wellness, CrossFit Level 1 & 2 Certs, etc), Workshops and Specialty Courses to help give my members the very best information and guidance from Fitness to Food Choices. I'm very picky about who I team up with as I want to continue to uphold the high standards we created upon inception. I've created a family-like Community of like-minded and driven individuals who are always looking for new and improved ways/products to invest in.
