Hello, my name is Nathalie (also known as Nathalie Shanti) and I am currently based in Austria. I am a yoga teacher, traveler, self-love advocate and content creator. I love sharing helpful yoga tutorials and videos on my Instagram and Youtube channel to inspire and help others along their yoga journey. I have a master's degree in molecular biology, but decided to follow my dream, which is why I am becoming a Holistic Health Coach, because it's my passion to help people become the healiest version of themselves.
