I was born, raised, and continue to live a life of adventure on the rugged west end of Catalina Island, just 22 miles away from Los Angeles, yet like a completely different world. I am an athlete, a health coach, a personal trainer, event and retreat planer. I work for the University of Southern California at the USC Wrigley Marine Science and Ecology Institute where I teach people of all ages about the ocean, nature, and sustainability. I am a holistic health and wellness nerd, love to garden, cook, spend as much time as possible in nature, and want to do big things to make the world a better place. I am currently working on several big projects including the 7 Crossings Project and Otillo Swimrun World Series amongst many others. A healthy planet = healthy humans. I spend my days looking to optimize the health of both!
