From as early as I can remember, I stood alongside my mother and grandmother baking in the kitchen, sneaking tastes of the icing, as secretly as possible, and eagerly awaiting the moment when the true magic would begin... Fast forward, just a few years , to the birth of my second son. I was longing for a new hobby to do at home and decided to take a cake decorating class…. From that moment on, I was Hooked. . . like a pre-teen to their cellphone, there was no going back. After that class, I simultaneously began devouring knowledge and developing my skills as a baker. From small cakes to big cakes, wedding cakes to cupcakes, no stone was left unturned AND no family… extended family… friends…or friends’ of friends’… had a sweet-tooth that went unsatisfied.
