Michele has been teaching dance and fitness to girls and women of all ages since 2006. She is certified and licensed in all Zumba® formats, Middle Eastern Dance, and strength training, and also holds a Group Fitness certification through AFAA.
Since 2014, Michele has been the proud owner of ConfiDanZe & Fitness in Great Neck, NY, where she teaches more than 15 classes each week for children, teens, and adults, in addition to private instruction.
Through her passion for dance and fitness, Michele empowers women of all ages to embrace their strength, confidence, and individuality—creating an environment where everyone can feel inspired, energized, and empowered.
