I am a 30 year old mom to a two year old girl. I am a pediatric physical therapist by day, Youtuber on the side. I am a food allergy mama and that had led me down the path of becoming a whole food, plant based vegan to accommodate my daughter's food allergies. I also suffer from vestibular migraines and endometriosis and have struggled to lose weight so this lifestyle change, although hard at first has been one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I love making content related to motherhood, vegan lifestyle, and my weight loss journey.
