I am originally from Panama and live in Houston, so I bring the best of both Worlds to my journey. I am an educator by profession, an entrepreneur, a mother of twins, a mentor and a motivator. My primary focus is helping Spanish-speaking women to unlock the secrets to both looking and feeling their best. Whether it's managing their menopause symptoms or preserving a youthful radiance, from skincare essentials, healthy habits, nurturing rituals, fashion for women over 40, to nutrition tips, I serve as a source of inspiration and guidance for women through my discussions and personal anecdotes.
